G & L Kaminski Family Endowment Fund
What is the G & L Kaminski Family Endowment Fund?
The G & L Kaminski Family Endowment Fund is a family project, with each member contributing ideas and funds. We deeply value community and it has been so encouraging to learn how being a part of the Edmonton Community Foundation can greatly enhance the impact of our individual efforts. We have selected three areas of focus for our fund.
Community: We wish to support projects which build, sustain and encourage strong, engaged communities. In particular, we are interested in projects which connect people to each other through experiences in nature.
Creative Arts: Each of us are involved in and have been shaped by the creative arts, particularly music. We would like our fund to help those who are developing and/or sharing their own art or those who create opportunities and places in which art can be shared.
Providing Home: Our family members have all been blessed with a secure and loving place that we call home. We would like to be part of the Edmonton community effort to provide this for all people. In particular, we are interested in supporting organizations which provide home for those in difficult circumstances such as illness, poverty, or natural disaster.
