As the region’s land trust, EALT secures land in Edmonton and within a 150-kilometre radius of the city. The Edmonton and Area Land Trust stewards the lands in its care, ensuring the ecological and other values are maintained in perpetuity. It is active in the community and raises awareness of land conservation in its digital and print communications, presentations, nature walks, and hands-on workshops. The Operating Endowment Fund supports the annual operations of EALT. Your donation to this fund will help provide an important stable and predictable source of funds to the organization for land securement and stewardship activities, communications and outreach, and administration.
