The John & Olivia Young Fund for Health is dedicated to
*supporting medical research undertaken in hospitals in the greater Edmonton area;
*providing supportive care to enhance the quality and dignity of life for those diagnosed with a progressive life-limiting illness, their families, caregivers, and others, including hospice care;
*providing treatment, care and comfort for people coping with chronic health conditions, with highest priority given to assisting people with diabetes and their families;
*supporting research regarding the causes, prevention, detection, diagnoses, treatments and possible cures for chronic health conditions, with highest priority given to diabetes.
