Obituary for Lorraine Osadchuk The intent and purpose of the Fund is to assist students: (a) living in the greater Edmonton area; 
(b) who have limited financial means that creates a barrier to their ability to pursue post-secondary education; and
(c) who are attaining a satisfactory standing in their academic program of studies; to pursue post-secondary education.
