The Victoria Kaiser Memorial Fund has been established to honour the life, spirit, and legacy of Victoria “Tori” Kaiser (1978-2025).
Tori was a devoted wife, mother of 4 active children, and community leader who dedicated her life to her family and to helping young people discover their strength, courage, and love of the outdoors. Through her years of volunteer service with Girl Guides of Canada and Scouts Canada, Tori inspired countless youth with her adventurous spirit, her warmth, and her unwavering belief in the power of guiding and scouting.
This fund will continue Tori’s legacy by supporting youth in Strathcona County who wish to participate in Girl Guides Trex program and Scouts Canada Venturer program ensuring financial barriers do not prevent local youth from joining these programs that meant so much to her.
Through this fund, Tori’s passion for service, her love of nature, and her dedication to youth will live on – opening doors to adventure, growth, and community for generations to come.
