The intent and purpose of the fund is to support Qualified Donees to undertake charitable activities and/or programs that:
(a) provide and/or enhance arts, culture and/or heritage opportunities; and/or
(b) support immigrant and/or newcomer settlement; and/or
(c) build, develop and/or improve literacy for individuals of all ages; and/or
(d) support local involvement and/or education on regional, national and/or global environmental issues.
