“Mint Communities is a nonprofit of Mint Health + Drugs dedicated to making our communities healthier places to live. Through unique, community-focused initiatives, we collaborate with nonprofits, businesses, public health organizations, and government partners to make a meaningful difference in the lives of Albertans.
Through Mint Communities, we have developed a range of projects to support those in need. Our housing initiatives help patients who are struggling with stable housing, while the HOPE (Hepatitis C Outreach Program for Micro-elimination) project provides wrap-around medical and health support to marginalized individuals living with, or at high risk of, Hepatitis C.
Funds from this bursary will allow us to continue supporting and strengthening our communities. As passionate advocates for our communities, we continually seek opportunities to bridge gaps identified through our work with clients. We take a comprehensive, patient centered, and problem-solving approach. Empowering individuals to improve their lives while remaining actively involved in supporting their ongoing care.”
