The Theatre Network Operating Fund supports the creation of original theatre at the Roxy, the running of the Theatre Network Summer Acadady, and the day to day activities at the Roxy Theatre. The fund was started with funds emerging from the construction of the new Roxy Theatre in 2022, and is essential for the long-term health and sustainability of the company.
Theatre Network is a professional theatre company that produces contemporary work, with an emphasis on Canadian playwrights and diverse stories. We produce a season of mainstage plays, present work by other companies, host visual art exhibits curated by the Miller Art Gallery, and support NextFest, a multidisciplinary festival showcasing hundred of young professional artists.each June.
Donations to this fund are eligible to be matched by the Canada Cultural Investment Fund through the Endowment Incentives program.
